Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At House of Adhvera, each product is carefully curated and dispatched with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in genuine cases outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was displayed on our website.
  • No returns are accepted for reasons such as personal preference, styling choice, or change of mind.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory(no cuts, pauses, or edits).
  • The video must start before opening the sealed package.
  • The product, packaging, labels, and the issue/damage must be clearly visible in the video.
  • If the seal is opened before recording, the request will be rejected.

⚠️ Return or refund requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. How to Raise a Return Request

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • All requests are subject to verification and approval by the House of Adhvera team.
  • Approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of House of Adhvera, in line with this policy.

4. Return Pickup

  • Once a return request is approved:
  • Pickup will be arranged within 4–5 business working days.
  • The product must be:
  1. Unused and unwashed.
  2. In original condition.
  3. With tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return.

5. Refund Process

Upon approval of the return request:

  • Refunds are initiated to the original mode of payment only.
  • Refunds are expected to reflect within 7–10 business working days.
  • House of Adhvera is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway providers.

6.  Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of order placement, or before the order has been processed or shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised immediately via our support channels.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Slight colour variations due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography.
  • Minor weave, texture, or print irregularities inherent to handcrafted or artisanal products.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
  • House of Adhvera will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect information.

9. Policy Alignment

  • This policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policy.
  • By placing an order, customers agree to all policies stated on the House of Adhvera website.
