• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business working days.
• Delivery is available across India.

Shipping charges:

• Free shipping is available across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.

House of Adhvera shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, logistical disruptions, or technical issues.

Orders must be cancelled within 8 hours of order placement or before the order has been processed or shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was displayed on the website.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, or through the contact form available on our website.
• All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
• Once approved, the product will be picked up within 4–5 business working days.
• Upon approval of the return request, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Refunds are expected to reflect within 7–10 business working days. However, the timeline may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
• If a return request is rejected due to non-compliance with policy terms, no refund or exchange will be provided.
