House of Adhvera operates this website and online store to provide customers with curated fashion products and related services (“Services”). This Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and paid for.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Shipping Coverage

House of Adhvera ships orders Pan India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
  • Processing time may vary during sale periods, high-volume days, or due to unforeseen operational delays.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 business working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
  • While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  1. Courier or logistics delays
  2. Weather conditions
  3. Public holidays
  • Natural or unforeseen circumstances

House of Adhvera shall not be held liable for such delays.

4. Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer via their registered email address.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.

6. Modification of Shipping Details

Shipping Address or Contact Detail Changes

  • Requests to change the delivery address or contact phone number must be made immediately after placing the order and before the order has been processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, shipping details cannot be changed.

7. Order Fulfillment & Redirection

  • If a change request is made after the order has been fulfilled or handed over to the courier partner, any additional shipping, redirection, or reattempt charges shall be borne by the customer, if applicable.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review and ensure that all delivery and contact information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

House of Adhvera shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Issues

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

House of Adhvera is not liable for losses once the order has been delivered as per courier confirmation.

9. Payment Policy

  • All orders placed on House of Adhvera are 100% prepaid.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
  • House of Adhvera does not store or have access to customers’ card details, UPI information, bank details, or other payment data.
